Justin Rose started playing golf while he was in kindergarten, at a very small age. Then, at the age of 17, he played his first Walker Cup. Initially, he had an unsuccessful career. Even after joining the European Tour in 1999, he didn’t get his professional tour card next year. Finally, in 2002, he managed to play successfully. Since then, Justin has gained victory in 6 European tour events, 5 PGA tour events, one Japanese tour, and the PGA Tour of Australasia as well as the Sunshine Tour. In 2007, he reached the 5th place at the Masters Tournament while gaining the 3rd place at the PGA Championship in 2012.
Justin, along with his wife Kate, runs “The Kate and Justin Rose Foundation” to inculcate passion of reading among children. Through Booktrust, this foundation currently provides assistance to 1240 children.
