Terry Gene Bollea, or popular by his stage name Hulk Hogan, is a professional wrestler with an estimated net worth of $5 million. He has made money through his career as a wrestler and by investing in several real estate and other businesses. However, Hulk lost much of his net worth by losing it in the divorce settlement that he paid to his wife, Linda Hogan. He paid almost 70%, i.e., worth $30 million of assets, including car, house, and other property to Linda. His net worth was determined as $30 million, in 2005. But, the divorce settlement almost left him on the verge of impoverishment.
Hogan had a restaurant, Pastamania, in Mall of America, Minnesota. He also introduced an energy drink on his name, called Hogan Energy, in the year 2006. Hulk was born in Augusta, Georgia. He was the single child to his parents and does not have any brother or sister. His interest in wrestling aroused at the age of 16. He was inspired by “Superstar” Billy Graham, and wanted to adapt his inhuman look. So, he adopted his own unique style of costumes. The bright yellow or red coloured ripped shirt, a bandana, red kneepads, bulky boots, white wristband, yellow-rimmed sunglasses, and his unusual ring moves make him look like an entertaining combatant.
Hulk was also a skilled musician and played bass-guitar in several rock bands of Florida. During his spare time, he used to work out in a gym where he was discovered by duo wrestlers- Brisco brothers, who asked Hiro Matsuda, a trainee of wrestlers, to train Hulk Hogan to make him a potential wrestler. His professional career as a wrestler started in 1977, and Hulk has been part of many wrestling associations, since then. He has wrestled in World Wrestling Federation from 1979–1980, New Japan Pro Wrestling from 1980–1983 and 1984-1985, American Wrestling Association from 1981–1983, and he returned to WWF in 1983.
