Freedom of the Seas is another beautiful creation of Royal Caribbean International. It can accommodate up to 4370 passengers, along with 1,360 crew members. This gigantic ship is 1,111 feet long and 209 foot high. Its exquisite interiors are done by the same person, who has done the interiors of ‘Allure of the Seas’, muralist Clarissa Parish. The ship is facilitated with features, like an interior promenade, called the Royal Promenade, which consists of Sorrento’s Pizzeria, an ice-cream shop, an Irish pub, winery, as well as some duty-free shops. It also offers many sports facilities, like a basketball court, a mini-golf course, a rock-climbing wall, three swimming pools, and a FlowRider surf simulator. It is also well-equipped with Wi-Fi and mobile phone connectivity. All these features make it one of the most expensive cruise ships in the world.
#10 MS Liberty of the Seas – Royal Caribbean International
Liberty of the Seas was launched on May 2007. It is a 15-deck cruise ship, with a seating capacity of 3,634 passengers, along with 1,360 crew members. It is 1111.9 feet long and has a speed of 40 km/hr. One of the most distinctive features of this magnificent motor ship is the availability of Dreamworks Studio, which offers an exciting experience of Dreamworks characters, 3D movie theatre, character meals and adventurous ocean activities with the characters. Other features include the ‘Royal Promenade’, with other luxurious facilities aboard.
